How To Join

We encourage you to come on a few rides with us before joining the club. Members of other clubs and visitors to Dublin are always welcome on our rides. Club membership is open to riders aged 18 and above. To become a member of MAD please follow these three steps:

1. Complete an application form

Fill out an application form for MAD membership. You can email your form membership@madmtb.com or hand it to a committee member on a spin.

2. Apply for Cycling Ireland membership

Membership of Cycling Ireland is a requirement for all club members. It provides you with insurance on spins and other benefits. It is also needed if you’re taking part in CI sanctioned events. Read more about applying here.

3. Pay MAD membership fee

Pay your club membership fee for the year. Club membership costs €25 for 2011 (January 1st to December
31st). You can pay in cash (to any committee member), cheque (made payable to “Mountainbiking Association of Dublin”, bank transfer (email for details) or by Paypal.
