XC Racing - your opinions needed

Ok XC racers and non-racers,
Below is a link to the Irish XC MTB racing survey.

As far as I know, this is the first such survey in recent years, and it's aim is to obtain
information from the XC MTB community as to how XC racing in this country may be improved.

Note that there are questions for non-racers too!

Your response and input is REALLY important and we appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.
The information will be very useful for clubs, race-organisers, the OffRoad Commission etc..
to help them determine what people want from a race series and how best to fulfill those needs.
It will also be of important relevance to the wider MTB comminity

There is 39 questions - all multiple choice so it'll only take you a few minutes to complete.
The questions are grouped under the headings of:

RACE RESULTS AND PROMOTION

This information will be interesting for the wider MTB community, non-racers, race-organisers, the OffRoad Commission etc...
Hopefully it will confirm what we think is working well, but there maybe a few surpises too, all information will be shared so you can see what people's opinions are.

Please provide your comments at the end of the survey also - the more detail the better.

good amount of responses from Cork, Down and Antrim which is great to see, initially it is was mostly Dublin, but I think the survey is getting circulated better now...

I flicked through the results - very interesting reading indeed. Especially the comments.

There was a lot of great input from the 'weekend' rider that is often missed when this type of thing is discussed on any of the forums...

yes - it was good to see the non-forum riders getting a word in and their opinions heard
some strong opinions and messages coming out of it alright, I'm very impressed with the response - over 250 people completed it
