I know the Phoenix Park has been done to death by this point but my full sus is in repair until next week so I only have my single speed to ride. Meet at white's gate for 7:30 and then we can either do a few laps of the race course of build up some distance on the trails.
Can you let us know if you are coming?
Ollie

Liam,
I suppose you will be able to fight you way through the sports field at the weekend with all this boxing training

I'll try and make tomorow. At the mo my bike only has one crank arm so... Waiting on CRC delivery tomorow.
Well the training is great for the fitness, skipping good for heart rate and the calves. I'm really sore after tonight actually.

good man Liam, it's brilliant for upper body and core etc - fast snappy punches perfect practice for controlling your bike when the bike is hopping and diving and the bars are trying to fight their way out of your grip, also handy for clocking gougers in the furry glen :-)

i read that on the epic forum! I've seen them, I'll show you the spot Fergal...... its near the steps! madness!
Dont forget about the park folks!
Me and Ollie have worked out nice loop of the park to get in the extra miles, some nice fast sigle track in there if anyone would like to come along.
Will be out tomorrow night, Tuesday 11th March, all welcome, just need light, helmet & usual.
Usual: Meet at main gates at 7:10pm or White Gate for 7:30pm.

thursday on 3 rock sounds good martin. Theres a good loop taking in satelite run, rock n roll, track wiht the wooden bit on the bombhole thing (catchy name), lower club course, and then fireroad back to the top.
Did this a few times in the weeks leading up to kilruddery. Only thing that stopped me dying on teh way around.
Taylors at 7:15? That way we get the climb up the road to warm up and then a full run down the boneshaker afterwards.

cool, will ssend an email
I would join you but got college Thur nights, plus normally don't finish work till 6, hence why I go to the park, otherwise I'd be up in three-rock, need to get some climbing legs, the amount of people who overtook me on the climbs in Kilruddery was terrible. We'l have to do fair bit of climbing on Sunday??

yup, are you up for b/stoe?
think ollie has 3 rock plans for sat! sure you can do both Liam, that stuff in your bottle on sunday would launch the shuttle! slugg on that
Sure that was only Lucazade sport, didn't do me much good either, think I'll go back to water. Whats Ollie got planned then?
Ah well, just remembered I'm working Sat. (and also can't spell at this time of night)
