In my defence..... well...ah! theres no defending it, I managed to bring shame on the club by going over the handle bars in fine style at the entrance to the off camber track wearing my mad jersey for all the epic lads to see!!

Great spin I have to say, really good craic and some hardcore trails, cheers to Richie and the Epic crowd for letting us tag along on their savage spin.
Alans trail?? was that that piece of insanity down from ack? yeah, I walked all the way down that, it is something to aspire to, to be sure.
