....in breaking news this hour, a lone MAD MTB'er was seen descending 3rock on the tarmac road.
This person is a long-time biker and a senior member of the MADMTB Committee.
The offender is to appear at a special sitting of the Supreme Gnarly Court to answer for his offence.
