what up crakkas?

any takers for a spin in Djouce woods tomorrow?


pace: continuous

meeting: lower car park at 11am

duration: 3.5 hours

zee plan:

ecstacy

left up the fireroad to the fallen tree, down down down :)

fireroad to benchcut

djouce challenge off camber singletrack

fireroad climb to the top of cran canaria

cran canaria

wibbly wobbly, or sliddery sliddery or whatever its called

red road climb to the top of ack (steady but unending fireroad climb)

ecstacy ...

and do it all again!

There's no way I'd be getting real dirt on my new bike, planning on bringing in some of this stuff.-

and delicately brushing it on the the wheels, maybe a bit on the back of the seatpost...think about the weight savings!


They will reduce the delivery charges if I put a big order in - any takers?

Well we got a good soaking today in Djouce. Managed 16 kms I think. Myself, Graham, Oisin Fitz, John H, and Richie braved the rain, mud, and slippery slidery roots etc. Good craic, but holy cow was it wet!!

Yup - despite the non-stop rain it was was a nice, zippy spin. My only gripe was the 2 pinch flats, time for me to go tubeless!
