[SPIN] Tuesday, 7:15 at taylors

Going for a spin on tuesday night up 3 rock, meeting at taylors at 7:15.


Not a crazy pace because of the race next week but it will be mostly non stop doing a few loops of the various trails.

Was a great spin in three rock. Yellow House, Up three rock, Couple of Laps of the trails and then down the bone shaker. I forgot how much I love the place and managed to ride rock and role for the first time without dabing...

yep a great spin tonight .. man i was freakin flying on the second lap .. this new bike lark is working out great


Still buzzin with the adrenaline off it, wanna go back out now though!
