That second pdf is interesting. Steve, Maltodextrin has no taste (i assume it is sweet though?) or colour, you can add a dash of something to give it taste.

TorQ do a pure maltodextrin flavour too - I call it water flavour...

Add a bit of Orange Juice to it for the Fructose (and flavour) and your ready to go...

yeah definitely - combining Maltodextrin with a decent whey protein powder is a great post-spin recovery option
