7 Days across wales, 80km a day what spares should I take with me?

I dont have to carry everything from day as they transport tents and personal stuff from camp site to camp site but I still need to work out what to carry on my bike and what extra stuff to have at the end of each day...

I am going to be running tubeless but I am undecided if I should be using a camelback so I have more room to carry stuff or just use bottles?

a spare pair of legs would be useful

derailleur hanger .. at least one .. maybe 2

few sets of brake pads just in case. The ones in there will probably last but sometimes pads self destruct and the material comes away from the backing plate.

Spare chain maybe? Generally once they start breaking they keep doing so

Gear cable or two

Tubes (even if tubeless you may need em)

Spare tire if you have one

Zip ties

Duct tape

Maybe a few random nuts and bolts etc

Should I look at maybe using a new casettee, chain and chain ring set before the start and then just a chain in a hope if it snaps the cogs will still be ok? Or should I just look at taking a new cassettee, chain and chain ring set?

On the spare legs... If any one has a spare set they dont mind lending me I will hapily use them...
