Hey, I'm taking two of my girl friends (one of them an off-road virgin) out onto the Ballinastoe trails on Sunday, meeting them at 1pm at Ballinastoe car park. Planning to do about 1-2 laps of the course, depending on ability and weather etc. Pace will be slow and easy. Any beginners welcome, especially any new girls who would like to give mountain biking a try (come on guys, get your girlfriends out!). Let me know if you are coming, so I don't go off without you.

if liams goin i'm getting a lift with him so might cya there too (we're ruining your 'girls' spin).

Also i updated my blog post to include your spin, if the remark about the 'pace' is too sexist for you let me know and I'll change it ;)

Any idea of the time to be at the 'stoe for?

*EDIT: never mind i just read the topic title :S silly me)

Dave

yes, it definitely is - get rid of it - any more of that and I'll be having words with you.

and this has been advertised as a beginners ladies spin - that rules you & Liam out.

Wow calm down there lads, I said that if it offended people I'd remove it. And I would have if Paddy hadn't done it first. And I was only havin a laugh, none of the girls complained so no harm done.

As for Fergals statement 'that rules you & liam out' i think thats up to mel and she already said that as long as we can be classified as beginners then its ok.

AHH CALM DOWN LADS,

Don't know about the rest of you, but I reckon there might be a very large turn out for this one!

me personally I'll be along if I can figure out what to wear!!

Bit of a fitness wake-up call for me, been letting myself go lately. Was still a bit of fun though, hope to see the girls out again.
