hey,
due to my recent incident, i have been told that i will be off the bike for quite some time. so, i am just wondering if anybody has a turbo trainer that they dont use or know of where i can get one at a reasonable price that will work with a mountainbike.
thanks in advance.
barry.
What incident was that Barry?..And I think you will get a sparkling new turbo trainer for in or around the e100 mark...

i broke my wrist on the woccas yesterday tom, which means i can pedal my bike but due to a rather large cast, my controlling skills leave alot to be desired!
i want to keep my fitness up over the next few months.
this couldn't have come at a worse time, i was actually feeling good about the k-capital cup starting next month.

You have to put a slick tyre on the back wheel if you are using it with a mtb. Find it is best to get a cheap wheel and just stick and old cassette and slick tyre on it so you only have to change over wheels.
