looking forward to djouce, i am going to be having another meeting with the ocupational therapist tomorrow and hopefully i will get the all clear for sunday.

i think i'll actually cry if they tell me not to race, as i am sitting here looking at an almost complete hardtail, just need the handlebars, stem, seatpost, then tune the gears and we're sorted!


is it going to be another full showing from the MAD crew?

I'm really looking forward to the racing this weekend. The course is going to be amazing - lots of new bits. Hopefully the rain will hold off as I rode sections in the dry and wet last week... Dry is more fun :)


The competition will be nuts too - I think 12 Elites are flying over for it! A top 10 for me will be tough! Better go do some sneaky training ;)


Then there is the rest of the categories - with good weather, we might have another attendance record!

the sports race will be well over by the time the bottling duties are needed, so i'll just assist sean in the feed zone after i'm done.


i am contemplating experts for some the nps races just so i don't have to suffer the abuse one gets from entering sports, but for djouce i will be in sports!

Oh - if anyone could hook up a live TV feed from Eurosport, I'd be eternally greatful too. The finale of the Ronde van Vlaanderen (the finest Spring Classic IMHO) should be happening during the Elites race and I'm not happy to be missing it.
