leadmines tuesday (tonight)

I'm heading up to the leadmines tonight, I'm going to do a few laps and that lovely off camber one around KGallagher, there's even a nice climb after it, how can you say no


I'm going to cycle up from Shankill (90% off road), 20 minutes to the tower.


meeting: 6:30 Shankill (Brady's pub in the village) OR The Tower, I'll be there for 7, or give a buzz when you're there


pace: continuous (but not quite savage)

it was good up there tonight, I got up there by 7, so I'd time for three laps and that 'nice' off camber one around the kaghy's, most of it before it even got dark!

excellente!!!


the climb comming up after that section that brings you up to the start of the kaghy climb, its nice!

cool steep bit in the middle, I was practicing my grunts for the weekend, gonna have to work on the drooling though, I've let that slip. It wouldn't be a race without droolin
