DWMRT are running a fundraiser REC course which will now take place on the weekend of the 21st & 22nd June 2008. The instructors are giving up their time for free - they are all paramedics or very experienced mountain rescue people so it promises to be a good course.

The cost will be €150.00 per person.

No location confirmed yet but the plan is Wicklow.

Anybody who knows of anyone who is interested in attending the course can contact the treasurer at treasurer@dwmrt.ie

Good stuff, let us know how you got on. If there's demand, I would imagine they might consider running another one in the autumn.
