Cheap Power Bars and Enegry Drink

I usually buy power bars and stuff from chainreaction as they are the cheapest around but just a note to people that I have just ordered from http://www.powersupplements.co.uk/. They do free delivery to Ireland and everything is way cheaper than in Ireland and a bit cheaper than chainreaction and wiggle.

Yep have lots of Bananas and stuff on spins but find these get the energy into on the longer spins when you need it. Defo no substitute for good healthy food...

Ok don't order from this company they just rang me and even though there web site says they can ship to the south of Ireland they cant. Just ordered from wiggle instead....

I usually take a few dates when in about to bonk, they give you the best surge of energy. The energy surge lasts for ages also. Don't buy the sticky ones from the supermarket, buy the dry ones from healthfood shops.


I haven't tried any of these homemade energy drinks yet, but all the same ingrediants are in the shop bought ones.
