rock and roll

i just want to say how impressed i am by the rock and roll trail up in 3rock, i know its been around for a while, but every time i ride it, it gets better. i was up there this evening with liam, we rode it the whole way down to the little bridge, then turned around and climbed back up it. richie and myself did this on sunday for our anti-fun training, and i loved it, hence why we did it again. it has so much to offer when ridden in both directions, and man i can't get enough of it. we met a team worc rider just as we climbed out of the trail, and he couldn't agree with us more.


i'd like to once again acknowledge all the work that has been done by everybody on the trail.

I have noticed that some of the corners towards the end are getting a little cut up - combination of the wet weather and a lot of usage I suppose. Still, once 'summer' arrives I'm sure it'll dry out nicely and be back to its best in no time.

myself and Nigel the legend started that trail, it was a really nice sunny day, then Paddy and Tom Rob Dutch Rob and Steve and a big gang formed the following day and we just blitzed through it

There is some corner re-routing that I am planning which will sort out the wear and tear...
