[INFO] This Sats Skills Course Up North Sat 16th Feb

All who are coming on Sat (the lucky 8) we will be meeting at 7.45am at the statoil garage in the Omni Park shopping centre. Glyn O'Brien will be meeting us at the trail head of Big Wood in Newry no later than 10am. The course is about 3 hrs and we will have a spin arund the location during and after.


Training in :-

1. Racing Skills

2. Bike Handling

3. Various terrain

4. Bike position and set-up

If course is worth it, I'm sure there will be more advanced level ones organised! Epic had a crew with GLynn last weekend and all agreed it was worthwhile!

I take it Omni is easy enough to find, never been there.

I'll be giving Micheal a lift. What time should we expect to be home?

Do they have shower facilities or we driving home smelly?

Cant find OMNI, you have missed out. Lucky you will have genuine Northsider (and proud of it) in the car. Half ann hour is plenty time to get from parkgate st to omni, so maybe i head over for about a quarter past 7?

AS we will be in green territory tomorrow in south armagh, no orange or red jerseys please! there will me no orange sashes too! so Liam leave yours in the wardrobe for the marching season in May.
