Underhanded training is rife - it's official!
No names will be mentioned but your intrepid reporter noted several riders all uppping their respective rates of savagery - a Diamond-edged Masters rider in Close proximity to another Masters rider,
a red hard rockin' Sports rider accompanied by his trusty newly-Cubed sidekick.
The Elite ladies rider and your trusty reporter will also remain nameless.

a red hard rockin' sports rider and his newly-cubed sidekick who are both making the leap to experts on sunday, hence sneaky post-college training.

yes, this scourge has been blighting the club for some time now. There is far too much talk of road bikes and heart rate monitors. As for the very mention of overshoes...don't get me started
Down with this sort of thing.

damn right cormac .. we need an alcohol and drug fueled fairy castle downhill session or something.
And if anyone posts a gps log of the route .. we'll have to do some 're-education'
:-)

Wasn't it Benjamin Franklin who once wrote "A good long rest is the best form of training"?
