I'd love to head out but I'm still too battered from Sunday. :(
Come on out Morgan, I'm still fairly sore myself once you get going you'll be fine.

Fair play Tom its full steam ahead at the minute
Won't be out tonight, still need to get lights, but I have ordered the majority of bits for the cotic, then realised that I might need to get me some wheels after all........
No worries Mark, order those lights now...you'll be glad you did...

Well I have the lights - dunno how well I can ride me bike tho' ;-) Wandered across the Epic blast on Sunday and saw a lot of complete lunatics!
Well we won't going too fast but we won't be hanging around either, if your able to ride your bike on technical trails come along, if your not sure wait till something else comes along...have you much experience?

Yeah, should be OK - go up to Ballinastoe a couple times a week - used to race too, but that was 15 yrs ago so doesnt count for much! I won't need too much looking after - if you drop me I'll find my way home ! See you at 7!

well never made it up to the blue light as was late from work so hooked up with ollie, phil and tom larkin for a deadly spin up 3 rock instead, taking in all the usual trails, with the added fun of fog making life difficult up near the top.
Night riding as it should be, good craic, not too cold, and lasagne waiting in the fridge for when i got back!
Mm, an interesting evening in many ways....lets just say the trails are in very good condition...

I was looking around for the hidden cameras and expecting to hear "Benny Hill" music playing !!!!
That was before we even left the car park and my rear wheel fell off, it got better as the night continued...
