Hey


Do any MAD types have good advice for training / physical therapy after a shoulder dislocation?


Managed to land square onto a tree stump in Kindlestown on Sunday!

well i think start with lighter weights such as whiskey or tequila and move your way up to guinness. You'll be grand in no time at all


Or at least you won't feel as much pain!!
