We've been approached by Combined Insurance with a personal-accident insurance policy which might be of interest to MAD club members.
Very briefly, it gives you cash payments if you have any sort of accident requiring hospital treatment or procedures. You're covered no matter the reason - no exclusions.
They say:
Are you able to look after yourself in the event of an accident?
We at combined have put together a wonderful plan to help you in the event of an accident.
One day in hospital as the result of an accident is worth up to 720.
A week can bring you in 5000.
We also look after you in the event of loss of time from work due to an accident.
With a simple cert from your doctor, we will pay you money each month for up to 6 months.
The good news is we do not load your payments because you take part in a risky sport.
You pay the same as everyone else.
Your cover will cover you 24 hrs a day, at home, work and play.
ANY SPORT or recreation.
