It seems we have a shortage of lifts to the race this weekend. I know its a Bank Holiday, but is anyone planning on going?

Weather and injury permitting I'll be going
I might be heading up there, let you know tommorow evening. Hope to get some more points if not much people turn up, same as you Conor;)
I'll give it a go. Have 1 space if you still need, Barry, just text me on 0851326236. I'll be heading there around 8 AM, prefer to do a lap or 2 before sports, dont like to disturb other people trying to do their best...

Late notice I know but I'm heading up too if anyone needs lift. Only thing is I might stay over so you might need to find different transport on the way back. Sorry!
And perhaps if anyone heading up has a spare MAD jersey you might bring it along for me? Ta! :)

hey all,
just got a bit of info about the race from richie over at epic...
"Hey Barry,
I asked Johnny what course where they going to use from last year, the NPS course or the K Cap course . he told me it would be the NPS course.
this went out out of the car park in to a short singletrack across a river and down n to a road..
a tarmac road.
i went up the road for a while then on to a fre road.
up the fireroad for ages and into some singletrck for a while then back onto the fireroad across and up a savage singletrack climb and along some singletrack for ages and back down to to the car park near Carlingford where the k cap cup started and from there , all the way back up the firerod to the start. Whish is a long, long ,long way
this is the original fireroad you went up after the road..they ran some tape down the middle
enoy, memory serves me it was a 7.5 Km lap..so work it out for yourself.
I hope this helps."
