I'm going to sign up for it now. Anybody know which ones I should be doing? There is about 20 categories!

Most of the lads do the Masters on the Friday and the Roc on the Sunday - Just going to enter now!

I signed up last night for the main Roc D'azur [the big one] sunday 10th oct 2010,long way off but this race fills out quickly,even though theres a 4700 limit!
im also going to do masters Roc on the friday and make a real race weekend out of it ,both these races are open to all including the top pros
get in there!
Steve defo do the main Roc on sunday and how about mid Roc on friday[same race as masters Roc 42k but for youngsters ie under 30]

well worth doing the marathon on the Friday and the Roc on the Sunday. To get the most out of it... The marathon just warms your legs up for Sunday.
