Training - Ticknock

I'm going to head up to 3 rock tomorrow for some training of the multiple times up a short fast climb type. If anyone is interested post something and a time can be sorted, i'm off all day so i don't mind.

i'll be meeting liam (howie on the forum) at ticknock carpark at 6.30 so i might see you guys on the trails

Mel and I will probably be up around the hills too. With two races this weekend (we are going to Scotland for the British NPS/Marathons) we will be riding at a nice R&R pace :)
