First it was Ollie, then Liam. Now my van has broken down!


Picture the scene. I'm on the M50 approaching the Toll. I have already been sitting in traffic for 3/4 of an hour so I'm not my usual cheery self. I go to select 1st gear and ...... nothing! The gear selector had broken, leaving me sitting in the outside lane about 500mts from the toll booth. I get the van up to the plaza and pull in, all the while getting shouted at by a***holes who think I've done this on purpose! Anyway, I guntered together the gear selector with some insulting tape and cable ties, and nursed the van home.


So, to those who cursed at me for delaying them by 5 mins at most,I hope they get piles!!!!

It still is. Its a bit broke, not dead!

I know, b@>#~ds behind me were giving me dirty looks when I broke down as if I did it on purpose! You think one of them would have offered to push me off the bridge out of the way instead of giving me dirty looks while driving round me.


Although later other people did offer. Pity i didn't have any insulation tape and cable ties although I don't think I could fix an electrical fault with those. :-)
