So, who wants to join me in the MAD 6-pack challenge?

I found a nice site with a daily routine of abdominal exercises. We can set a final date to have our 6-packs, i.e. The Nationals, and then go buy a 6-pack of some beer and celebrate by making a MAD calendar (this sounds a little weird, right?)! Who knows, perhaps it will help your biking. You'll have a much stronger core :)


Have I thought about this a bit too much? I think so... :P
