sign on time tomorrow

Does anyone know when the sign on closes tomorrow for the 1pm race

Sign-on closing at 11am - I'm pretty sure!

closes at 11, seems early. Two hours hanging around in the freezin cold!

it will close that early because it makes people be on time and not rock up 10 mins before hand screaming and shout saying that they should be able to race yaddy yaddy yaddy yada
