Easy spin on Tuesday night meeting at whites gate in the Park for 7.30 for 2 hours of pedaling!


post here if your up for it! nothing tricky but a nice loop to get the heart beating and legs moving!


will suit all levels!

Would like to go on this, but unfortunately I don’t finish work till 7.

I will keep an eye out to see if you’re going to have anymore in the latter half of the week.

Although I don’t believe there going to be as easy as you say!

I’m still having nightmares from the so called “Beginners spin”! I wake up in cold sweats trying to cycle my imaginary bike!

In case anyone is starting from Parkgate street end of the Park I'll be leaving Main gates of Park shortly after 7pm to cycle up to White Gate where Martin will be anxiously waiting.
