Boot Lid Protection

Does anyone have any ideas on what i could use to protect my boot lid from getting scratched from the pedals and frorks?

Get a tow-bar dude...or a pick-up

get some of the foam that is used to insulate pipes outdoors

and put that on the forks

and a cloth or some foam on the pedal

also some reuasble zip ties are handy
