Trails in Co Claire

In a couple of weeks I am heading upto Lehinch in Co. Clare for a stag due and was thinking of going a few days earlier for some biking if there was some. Any one know of any trails around there or any club mtb clubs that might be able to point me in the right direction.

I've been around the burren a good many times (all my extended family are in clare) and if you pick the right sections of the burren way you could have some fun, not sure how many days you'd get out of the burren alone though.

you can do a bit of bog snorkling while you're up there, i hear oisin's extended family are mad into that, but they banned him for being too competitive.
