I stuck in some details and €3,100 worth of bikes came to €228.66 for the year:
Accidental Damage, Theft and Legal Expenses

cycling Ireland are starting to do bike insurance again soon

called and put my name on the list, so they are going to contact me when its up and running soon

last time they did it, it was €70 and for All your bikes, regardless of value, not bad
Needed to be a CI member to get it.

Will let you know if I hear anything back

It may have changed but a while ago (year or more) I got the info from CI about this and it didn't seem like it was that great.
It might be different now but check the small print
