I have the edison alright, love it. I bought from a shop in Scotland, here's the link http://bioniconbikes.cubecycles.co.uk/
I don't think there's anyone selling them here yet but I had no problems getting it shipped from Scotland.

There's also a place in london that do them, http://www.moosecycles.com/.
They do some spare parts for Bionicon as well as the bikes.

I'm sure there are more shops in the UK selling them now but these are the only two I've dealt with.

Thanks for reply lads. Simon how would you compare the fork to say a fox or rock shox? Thats the only weak link I can see fork and getting it serviced in Uk. Have you had any problems since you got bike? Thinking about golden willow or edision, the full bike is too dear for spec. So would be frame and bits I have.

Place called walkers cycles will do upgraded rear shox and free shipping on RRP of frame best deal so far.
Cheers

The fork on my one is the basic one, no oil damping. It's not quite as good as the Fox fork on my xtc but it's not that far behind.
I've had no problems with the bike, replaced suspension bushings due to normal wear and tear but that's it.
The basic forks are very easy to service yourself. I've had mine for over a year now and haven't needed to replace any seals etc, once they are kept clean they're fine.
The only thing I'd change would be an upgrade to a remote lockout rear shock as it bobs a little on climbs but other than that it's a great bike.

I have a contact for a sales and marketing guy for Bionicon who set up a demo day over here last Christmas. peterb I'll PM you his details as he might be able to point you in the right direction for buying one in Ireland.

Thanks for all the info lads. I have emailed that guy roger seal. The free upgrade shock from that shop has a lockout. Looks like it really could be two bikes in one. Quick climber and bit of a bruiser. Now the real problem. Paying for it and hiding it.:)
