View Full Version : I've got a dilema!!
So the thing is, my Kona Fire Mountain has been sitting in the garage for the past few months since I got my new bike and I haven't got around to taking pictures of it and posting on any buy and sell sections yet. Meanwhile, Ollie has got has got it into his little(I mean huge)head that wants to convert it into a single speed. So...I've decided to let MAD decide...
a) Do I sell my kona to a random punter;
b) Do I let Ollie change it into a single speed to use for his pleasure
or
c) Do I make Ollie buy my Kona and then he can do what he likes with it.
.....The debate is on :o)

Now heres the deal... Free pint for the first 20 people to vote B and say that she should donate the bike to Ollie out of the kindness of her own heart (Which she does not seem to have... hummm will be having words).
So my vote is B....
Go on Lads and Lassies vote B for the good of humainity.
Note... Pints are an offer for candidates who satisify the terms and conditions of the agreement as described in section 5 point 2.

buying 20 pints would be more expensive than buying the bike itself!
but i'll vote B anyway and you can make mine a pint of vodka.

ash give it to me i'll flog it for you and get a good price for you (5% commission) do not let Ollie get a single speed conversion kit, next he'll want to grow his hair like barry and ecome a courier!
I vote option D, give the bike to Liam.

courier bikes are the sweetest things on the streets of dublin, and they work so well with my well defined hippy locks.

did someone mention drink drugs and women in the one sentence?? Sweet, count me in
I have to admit I am beginning to side with Ollie on this one, it just seems Ash is'nt offering quiet the amount or quality of incentives that is required to sway an easily corrupted group such as MAD
i vote b, give it to ollie
(that'll be a pint of miller or erdinger plz)
and is barry really a dread locked courier?
There was no reply because I was being a bimbo and forgot my password and since gmail is banned in work, I couldn't find it out :o(
It's true though Colm, I'm not sure I can offer more than beer and pretty women..that's fairly hard to top. Is there much more guys want apart from offering to buy mountain bikes for everyone??
So I've gone all soft and voted for B myself, mainly to avoid a grumpy Ollie though :o)

i have long hippy hair and an unnantural fondness for single speed courier bikes, so by definition i am a dread locked courier, but by profession i am not...unfortunately.
i'm still waiting on that pint of vodka by the way...
