Great video Fergal, gave a good impression of the steepness whih most vids fail to capture, nice mix of camera angles as well. Must have been a bitch climbing that tree with the dodgy shoulder :)

tell me about it Dec - fell on my arse walking down the track afterwards and of course - my arm automatically goes out to catch my fall and I twist my dodgy shoulder, feels like 4 weeks healing down the drain - will find out at the next x-ray session
feck it though, I just had to get out of the house and get some kind of MTB fix, and all was going smoothly until I slipped up!

After 4 weeks healing i'd guess (from my significant experience of fractures) that it should be strong enough for minorish jolts so most likely no damage done, probably hurt like a bitch though !
