I'm updating the list as I get replies, of course you will Barry....
I'll look after buying the food, I have a cooler box for the car, so I can be sure the food will still be edible when I get there

Me and Aine will be there too. I'll bring the MAD tent, table and chairs, anything else I can think of. We've a gas BBQ as well if its needed. It can fit in the van no bothers.

Fergal
13-06-2008, 10:16 AM
OK 13 people so far - get your names in if ye want to be fed.....
JonnieH - let me know if you have that BBQ to bring along
Thanks Conor - d'you know what time you will be there on Sunday? as there's just a limited amount of cars being allowed into the field (mine is one of them!)
and I'd like to get the tent set-up earlyish (before Sports as I want to head out on the course to capture some video) if possible.

+1
I'll be doing sports unless someone can give me a line of coke before the experts race. Are any other bbqers going to be in sports, maybe a mini bbq for us and get the big one going for the post expert/masters race.

you're in Rob,
by the way, anybody who does Sports normally and who is feeling particularly frisky on Sunday then get yourself into Experts - it's only 1 extra lap!
By the way, the BBQ is assuming people are fans of the burger and sausage and the like,
there's no vegetarian option I'm afraid unless you want to bring your own pre-made veg kebab wrapped in tin foil....?
rob1891
13-06-2008, 10:42 AM
Oh really :-) Maybe no need for the coke then!
Morgan

I demand that White Thunder be allowed into the field.
Don't you know who I am?
Fergal
13-06-2008, 11:40 AM
oops - ah yes, yourself, cybo-limbs, - I'm sure the field will accomodate the Fury of the Thunder!
Cormac

count me in for the BBQ, at least I will have something to look forward to during the race
jonnieh
13-06-2008, 03:51 PM
ok upon closer inspection the bbq in my attic is a touch on the small side for the occasion_maybe conor's might be a better bet. conor-let me know if it's hassle for you to get it in your van-if it is i can swing by and put it in mine on saturday.
Conor

No probs in getting the BBQ in my van. If its a tight squeeze, I can leave the bike at home!! Now theres a deadly idea. It has 2 wheels, lightweight frame design, grease/oil on some bits.....Hmmmm?
Fergal, I'm aiming to be there by 10ish. I want to get a lap in before the Sports race. Tell Richie B I'm a gurrier from the Northside and he'll let me in. That should scare him!!

Conor..nuthin scares me..especially fellow gingers..i know all our secrets and magic bits and you with your Urkutz grade whiskers...you wouldn't scare my granny...fairly impossible though that might be with them both being dead and all..
