A new option for your bike-servicing needs:

I've opened a new bike shop here in Gorey, we're a certified Shimano Service Centre, service all types of shocks and forks, specialising in Rock Shox but we do all the rest too with genuine parts, build wheels, etc. We're quite a professional set up with a large range of bikes and accessories and a big modern shop. I was wondering if its ok to introduce my shop to all the lads on the forum? I know some forums can be a bit sticky on this. I'm not wanting to advertise as such, just let people know we're here, theres a lot of people with good bikes and no where to bring them down this end of the country. We've also set up the North Wexford Cycling Campaign to get better facilities and some tracks in the area, which is going well. Its all on our site; www.revolvebikeshop.ie

OK, I'm going to be the guinea-pig for this one. My Revelations couldn't handle the awesomeness of the first intro spin in Masseys so they need a bit of care and attention. I'll let let you know how they get on.

But Morgan, they're only 'quite' a professional set up!

Ah only joking, I'll definitely be giving them business. I'm down that way a good bit.

Been in a coupla times so far.

Great looking shop and very handy to get to off the N11. Nice selection of bikes (I would happily kill for the Merida 96) of all levels, clothing selection is a little small but they have a lot more stock coming in. Excellent stocks of parts at all ranges.

Workshop is fully equipped, looks clean and organised and the staff have been great at following up and getting back to me. My only gripe would be the (large) tyre selection is 10' in the air so you can't have a proper nosy.

I like it, have to travel to wexford (service beats anything I've had in dublin) for anything comparable.
