surrounding the link to the image in img tags inside backticks might also work ...

that seemed to do it - feck - how did I do it again....errr...

ok, put a single tick at the beginning and end of your normal html

with no space between < and img but keep a space between " and />

fergal, I don't think you need the ticks at all, I put them around the beginning < and end > because otherwise they'd be parsed and not appear. So in conclusion:


start with <img

then src="http://example.com/picture.jpg

finally />


just accepts plain html it seems, wonder if it accept all html ............
