I know I've been absent a lot recently (I've managed 2 road spins since Christmas - both we're disasters!) but I'm unaware of the recent injection of Latino flare into the club. Thus, I'm curious to know whether Miguel is indeed Spanish, or does he more usually go by Mick, Mike or Michael?

If the answer is the former, I'm also curious to know ehat he's doing over here, when he could be riding this (http://www.freeridespain.com) over there...


Also, does anyone ever wonder where all the "old folks" go (that is, folks who rode with us in olden times, say 2005) when they drop off the face of the earth. Is there, like, a giant black hole with some power of attraction over cyclists?

There's dozens of people with plenty of talent lost in the wilderness out there.

Our firmer riders?,..mmm...well I've felt Paddys arm and it's firm but could be firmer, Fergal is pretty firm but somehow I don't think it's him, Morgans very firm almost unyielding so it must be him, right?...Unless it's good old Scrivo??.., come to think of it he's very firm, possibly the firmest, yes thats it, it must be Scrivo the sneaky dog..
