Lots of scenic riding around Carlingford/Newry area, and further north on the other side of the Lough if that's what you're after?

Or will there be a ladyfriend in tow?

Carlingford is beautiful, you can climb the Mountain at the back of the village in about 3 hours and the views are amazing, or across the lough venture into the Mourne National Park, it's really nice and nearly always empty so you have this huge national park to yourself, Slieve Donard is a very good hike, up to 720m I think...

Belfast is worth checking out, even just to drive around the staunchly loyalist areas and see all the murals alongside blue, red and white kerbs, union jacks and the stares as an Irish reg drives throught the area!...The nationalist areas are equally impressive..and then the cranes in the Harland & Wolfe shipyard are kinda cool, plus it's where RMS Titanic was built,..

Also you can surf up around Portrush,

...I popped into an Orange Lodge one day up in very loyalist area called Tandragee, there was even a Celtic v Rangers match on the television, now that was an interesting day!...

HELLO!

I was up there this weekend. It's a really nice area. The Causeway Coastal Route is beautiful. Blue skies made it all the better :D

We went to the bushmills distillery, the Giant's Causeway, the (ballintoy?) rope bridge, and then took the rest of the coastal route down to glenariff (i think) waterfall. Turned back towards ballymena afterwards to take na bothair mhór (sic) home. If anyone hasn't been up there, then I thoroughly recommend it. I also have contact details for an amazing B&B in Ballycastle. We were treated like kings!
