She was hammering along - was fun to watch and I'll have some pictures up later. She even had time to wave and smile as the group passed at 40+kph...


It was gas at the sidelines listening to the people go, "who is this woman?"


(I was a DNF with a mechanical - but I least I got to take some pics)

well done mel, you will have to come to the Blast and win the ladies trophy, i can guarentee you that nobody will doubt either Male or female winner when they see the main trophies

Thanks, I really would love to, Ryan has been raving so much about the Blast. It's a shame now that it clashes with the Ras na Mban - this is the second Epic organized event that I am missing this year! (yeah yeah, "she's turning to the dark side..., all this road racing, she'll become bigheaded like Cav now...")


I'd say Cait will be a strong contender for the women's trophy though.


I defo want to ride the course though after the Blast - I guess it'll be well ridden in after the weekend ;)
