Blast Training Saturday

Anyone on for a bit of blast training tomorrow? Preferably some one with knowlegde of the course as i have never clapped eyes on ballinastoe

There was a bunch of people up there last night who looked like they were in training for it, or at the very least sussing out the course.

Connor showed me course last Sunday, its hard going but great fun.


I've been dying of a cold last few days but if I'm feeling better tomorrow I'd love to go out and show you's the trail.


If can't make it, young Ciaran and Shane know the course aswell, ask them to show you.
