I would just like to personally thank all the MAD people for coming along yesterday..you guys always make an event and I was delighted to see the regulars and Micheal with his big orange bag..I'm sure I abused him and hats off to Ash..she is a true Amazonian MAD woman as for Super Cait..The Black Widow of mountainbiking and thank you to Aine for her help..obviously in MAD you are ruled by your women..

yeah, that last point can't be disputed, if half the lads were a quarter as good as the girls sure we be deadly altogether.

I've lost count of the number of times I've transported Cait's trophies back to Rathmines after yet another victory - not complaining though - I'm hoping she's gonna give myself and Steve a few winning tips one of these days, though she's been very quiet so far :-)

As per my post on Epic but its worth a repeat... That really was the best fun I've ever had on a bike. I thought the Mega Avalanche would be the height of my career but that blew it out of the water! Thanks a million Epic for putting in the huge effort to put on such a brilliant and unique event.


I think a spin off 'MAD Blast' is needed. Give the Epic lads a shot at the fun. Top of Djouce all the way down, taking in Ack and then up to XTC and down from there would be brilliant.....

I anticipated your complete adoption of MAD , Oisin and put you down as MAD.

As for that photo, Martin, i'm not interested, stalk somebody else, it could go very bad for you..I haven't had that much hair since the 90's i'm afraid..I will give you a signed copy of one if you like, but what you do with it while your wife is out is your own business..
