if anyone is interested in some race training on Sunday, this week we're heading up 3 Rock to do laps of a circuit.

The lap is:

- starting at the aerials

- towards fairy castle, taking first left, heading striaght on this rocky climb (it a trail that runs in the direction of the Sugar loaf)

- fireroad back to satellite run

- rock 'n roll

- old club course

- across the front of the mtn

- bone shaker climb back to the aerials

its intended to be race training, so we'll see how long it is and do a couple of laps at 'race' pace.

Its training, but obviously people will do it at their own pace, but its good to take on laps and see how you fair under a bit of pressure with no rest stops :)

We're leaving at 10:30 sharp from Taylors, and taking the Kilmashogue climb up to start with.

Downhilling Scrivo, isn't that considered treason in the MAD community?

DHing and XCing go hand in hand liam, if you're good at one it will usually help the other...

I'll try to be there too, I didn't ride some of those sections so it'll be challanging.

was up there tonight - like the Sahara it's so dry - felt like I was being towed down rock n roll by 10 galloping horses - the feckin speed is amazing, everywhere is fast fast fast
