Hi
I had an accident few years ago - shoulder joint injury - basically i was not able to move my hand about 3 weeks, and there was no big problem with it, but now i changed a job and im in sitting position all day long and i noticed that this arm is much weaker than second one and im having some trouble with it so i would like to see some therapist.
Do you have any contacts for some good physio therapist ?
please tel me know
thanks

I've used the KCR Physiotherapy Clinic on Terenure Road West before and found them good. 4908371
What exactly are you doing while sitting down that made you notice that one arm was weaker than the other???

Thanks a mil for yours reply,
At the moment im working in office and sitting at the desk all day long, so im nearly not to move my hand/arm.
I noticed that i dont lift my arm up to do smt i rather keep her close to body and work just with my wrist and lower arm, it bugs me now as i can see my shoulder bones sticking out on my shoulder etc,
and lads how much did you pay for visit ?
I found Aidan Wood to be quite good. He's a physio with the Irish Athletics team. 01 6334 035.
The normal price is abour €50 for 45min session, but it's well worth it and you can claim it back if you're with VHI/BUPA I think it's up to 8 visits per year.
Sitting at a desk - at a computer?
If so, buy one of these:

Almost the best money you'll ever spend.
