Great spin today, in what was probably the best weather of the "summer". Sean, Graham, Karl, Richie and myself had thrills, spills, and a good few laughs. I hope your ankle is ok Sean.

That was a deadly spin - really enjoyed it. Lovely weather and great trails, with a few crashes thrown in for effect. Thanks for organising Conor.

lucky gits, i had to spend the day inside, building a freakin art installation for my cousins thesis. I look like i was involved in an explosion at a paint factory

Ah Sean, I did'nt organise anything. We made it up as we went along!! The best days are the unorganised days!

Sweet spin all right Conor - hard climbing and fast descending in perfect biking weather. Personally I think yerself and Karl were not pushing it though - not a drop of blood split between ye. Or maybe its cos yer such awesome mountain bikers...

Yeah what a great day - perfect weather and great trails. Some spectacular falls too - Richies on the descent near the river was my favourite, closely followed by Grahams 20 metre 'Diamond Roll'. Hope the knees and ankles are ok lads
