Not looking for loads of insulation or anything but looking for decent glove that will keep the rain out for as long as possible. As soon as I find one online with good review they don't have my size, usually med.

Both Mel and I picked up a pair each in the Cycleways sale... I get a pair of snazy €60 Cannondale ones for €15 :)

I went in XL. They are a bit on the small sizing so go a size up. Don't question them though, they are deadly. Or savage as Oisin and the cool kids are saying now.
