Cool training spin today. Myself, Sean, Magic, Roddy, Christian and Alex headed up to Cruagh for Seans secrets to race success with some sprints, cyclo cross and a few laps of Cruagh before descending through Massies and home. Short and savage the way it should be! Cheers lads!
