Yes indeed Nigel- push, shove, bully your way to the podium! The start is gonna be REALLY important on this one, so everyone should get their sprint training going-get near the front and stay there!!! Likely gonna be a long fireroad section that’ll spread the pack before a lot of singletrack so train with that in mind.
Unfortunately my bike has been stolen today. I just would like to ask everybody for help!

hopefully you’ll get it back but i doubt that it’s too likely. Where did it get stolen from?
