The muscles started to get cold after all the stopping and I thought I was gonna crap up very badly when climbing through Crone, but thankfully it abated.<br/>Well done to Tom, for a guy who hasn't cycled in about a year, he did pretty well, even if he did do a bit of walking, "just for a change"<br/>We should do more of those types of spins, just without the stopping.
