The pace will be similar to last Wednesdays spin so if you managed it, this will be no problem. <br/><br/>We will be going down boulderdash so please pump up your tires before you leave! :) Whoever punctures must make brownies (or similar treats) for the next spin!<br/><br/>Let me know if you are going to pop along so that we are not waiting around.
